AI adoption & readiness
Helping leaders turn AI ambition into organisational capability: clear priorities, confident people, workable governance and practical routes to adoption.
Voss Group · What begins as a ripple changes the current.
I help leaders and large organisations turn complex ambitions into change that works in practice - across AI, sustainability, strategy and organisational transformation.
The premise
Voss Group works at the point where ambitious plans meet the reality of the organisation: competing priorities, different incentives, capability gaps and the everyday decisions that ultimately shape delivery.
What I do
Focused support for organisations navigating change that is strategically important and operationally difficult.
Helping leaders turn AI ambition into organisational capability: clear priorities, confident people, workable governance and practical routes to adoption.
Designing evidence-informed interventions that make more sustainable decisions easier to make, repeat and sustain in real settings.
Creating the conditions for leadership teams to have the conversations that matter, make clear decisions and leave with ownership.
Supporting the human side of transformation: alignment, communication, capability and the everyday habits that determine whether change lasts.
Ways to work together
Engagements are designed around the decision or change in front of you, rather than a fixed consulting package.
A focused session to surface the real question, align the people who need to move together and decide what happens next.
A practical look at where people, processes, leadership and governance need to be ready before AI adoption can take hold.
An evidence-informed view of the barriers, cues and systems shaping the everyday behaviour your work depends on.
Space to think clearly about a professional transition, a difficult decision or the next direction you want to take.

About Sofie
I am an AI policy adviser for the UK Government and a PhD researcher at the University of Surrey. My work sits at the intersection of sustainable behaviour change, organisational innovation and the practical adoption of emerging technologies.
Alongside policy and research work, I bring experience in strategy, growth and senior client relationships. I am interested in making complex issues clearer, asking the questions that unlock movement, and helping people build the confidence to act.
Mentoring & coaching
Alongside consulting, I offer selective career coaching and mentoring for people navigating their next role, a professional transition or a more intentional direction. Sessions can focus on career planning, CVs and LinkedIn, interviews, networking and professional confidence.
I am also open to advisory and board opportunities, and speaking or workshop engagements where a behavioural, AI and organisational-change perspective can be useful.
